- For inquiries and quotes (non-binding): no payment is required; refunds are not applicable.
- For paid reservations, deposits, or advance payments: refunds may be provided depending on the product/service and timing. If a refund is allowed, we will deduct any non-recoverable costs (e.g., third‑party fees).
- For completed installations and delivered services: refunds are generally not provided except where required by law or contract (e.g., defective workmanship covered under warranty).

4. Processing time
Refunds, where approved, are processed within 7–14 business days. The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
