• Ensure structural integrity of mounting areas unless otherwise contracted.

5. Payments

Payment milestones and due dates are specified in quotations/contracts. Delays in payment may impact delivery schedules. Taxes and statutory levies are additional unless stated.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Our workmanship warranty terms are as specified in the quotation/contract. Misuse, unauthorised modifications, or force majeure are excluded.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, documentation, and content on this site remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
